Kate's Bags

HIYC's inaugural charity, Kate's Bags is aimed at supporting community members in need. With HIYC's help, Kate was able to pack over 100 bags with essential everyday items:

​Toothbrush​

Water

Snacks

T-Shirts

Toques

 

She hand delivered these bags to less fortunate men and women that were filled with excitement and joy knowing someone thought of them. Kate took the time to speak to every recipient along the way. 

 

Additionally, Easter is a time of joy, family, love and FOOD so Kate wanted to do more... During Easter 2023, she raised $250 and, with the help of local grocery stores, put together a fantastic supper, with chicken, potato’s, carrots, green beans, salad fresh rolls and of course... PIE.
